Fun place to be in! Lots of youthful energy, I’m not much of a morning person, but tough not to be when surrounded by people who know where they’re going not just in business, but in life! Its not your usual 9-5 grind, the key is that you’re ultimately being trained in running a business for yourself. Call them to see what they’re about!

Serious business, but fun people.
In most work environments it was cut and dry. Show up, punch in, punch out. The work environment was droll and tortuous. I know that work is work, but can’t you have a little fun at least?

I must have impressed them, because next thing you know, I’m ready to start Tuesday morning. I’m greeted by the people who are excited to be there... They didn’t look like the living dead like at my last job …even they were having a lot fun, the money potential they were talking about was serious business. The one thing that attracted to me the most was potential for growth. Granted, I’m working harder than at a normal job, but I’m having a lot of fun doing it! It’s definitely different than what most people are used to, but I know that with this company I have control of my future.
If you want to check out something different, something that offers more than what you’re used to, give them a call at (408) 642-1563.

Perscription for success.
I am one of the many college graduates who could not find a job in the field that I picked as my career. You would think with a degree in the medical field you would find a job. Rather than settling for less, I answered an ad on craig’s list.

Now I’m happy to say that I am my own boss. Even if I had found a job as a pharmacy technician, its scary to think to that I would find a job, only to be laid off. Now thanks to Evan and Liz, I’ll never have to worry about finding work again. Thank you Evan and Liz for giving me security as well as a once in a lifetime opportunity. Give them a call at (408) 642-1563 to start your path to true financial independence.

New lease on success!

I know most people have done things in their lives they are not proud of. It’s the fact of being human. And some people don’t learn from their mistakes right away. In that case, you can call me a slow learner. Sadly, this put marks on my record that made it tough to get a job. I wanted a chance to redeem myself, show that I can be a member of society, but employers saw it different. They were stuck on my past, instead of seeing what my future was capable of.
I was about to give up on my search and answered the ad that was looking for management, no experience. I applied, figuring that it was going to be a waste of time.
Strangely enough, they didn’t make a big deal about my checkered past. They basically took me on because the branch managers said I had qualities that outweighed what I did. That, and if I proved to be loyal, honest and trustworthy with them, that’s all that matters. I took their instruction of how to run my own business to the T.

Ticket to retirement.

Unlike most of my friends, I feel like I think differently than most of them. I think long term, about what how I want to retire, what type of lifestyle I want to live when I get older.
I knew that in order to secure my retirement, I needed to a) Have strong financial discipline b) Have a career. Not just a 9-5, punch-in, punch-out, 30 minute lunch job, but a career. So when I encountered the ad that said they are looking for managers, and they’ll train, I jumped at it.
I’ll be honest, I was skeptical about how they did their training at first, but after a few weeks, it made sense how they go about business. They wholesale fragrances, giving people the opportunity to do the same. Aside from training how to run this business from the bottom-up, they emphasize saving money.
I know that after being in this business for several years, I’ll have enough to retire when I want (With a little advising of course). Who else to secure your own retirement than you?

In most business replacing yourself is an insult. Not only are you being laid off, but you have to replace yourself who will do it for cheaper. In this business, you have to replace yourself, or you’re not doing the job properly. I can’t think of many businesses that follow that model. Why are we in the mind frame that the potential of someone doing a better job than us scare us? What if you trained people to do a better job than you, but instead of being laid off, you get recognition? Synergy, while they do things a little differently than your typical 9-5 job, Synergy emphasizes the ability to replace yourself while you’re being promoted. In a normal job, once you’re promoted to a higher position, your old one becomes available. So who better to replace you than the person you train?

Found what I was looking for, a great opportunity.
My first impression of the office was that it was small considering it was a distribution center. I had speculated this was a mom and pop store. But when I saw the inside, it was more welcoming. This is what an office should look like.

My first impression of the office was that it was small considering it was a distribution center. I had speculated this was a mom and pop store. But when I saw the inside, it was more welcoming. This is what an office should look like.
When I saw Liz, who is one of the branch managers who did my first interview, I saw someone who was sharp and professional, but warm and friendly at the same time.
My first 1st interview was quick. They asked me direct questions, to the point. When they called me for a 2nd interview, I was ecstatic.
The branch manger Evan, who did the 2nd interview looked put together. He was very direct and upfront about this business. I needed to have a good work ethic, be self motivated as being able to work with a team, both leader and follower.
After 2nd interview I knew I was in. I felt rush of excitement and curious about what was going to happen next. At the end, I knew this was for me. I was in the right place.

I’ve gotten laid off from a warehouse job where I had a steady income and steady hours. Unfortunately demand for the product that I was carrying fell, so I was let go. I answered the ad saying they needed management, no experience necessary, willing to train. I figure I can manage people. Being a boss sounded easy. All my boss did was show up and told us when it was break and lunch time.
What I’ve learned so far can be described is two words: Hands-on. When you’re done, you’ll be trained how to run a business for yourself. But first, you learn what they do (which for the first part, was marketing the product: Perfumes and colognes.), and then once you’re good at it, then you teach someone else. After that, I’ve learned how to manage a small group, speak in front of people, as well as handling merchandise and money. They then teach you how to manage the administrative stuff, the paperwork. Its tough for sure, but man, its going to be worth it!

Great colognes. Not too mention reasonable prices. I got approached when I came out from running errands. The lady was cool,a little crazy, but still professional. She sprayed me with one called Jean Paul Gaultier. It smelled like something I'd wear for the evening out. It was $19.95, I gave her $20, told her to keep the nickel, a tip for good attitude. I wanted to get one more but I didn't have enough money at the time, so the lady gave the company name and number. Next time I'm low, I know who to call.
