IRS Tax Settlement HQ helped me as soon as I explained what was going on. They did what they said they would, find me someone who could help me keep my business afloat. I don't know what I would've done without IRS Tax Settlement HQ, but luckily I don't have to think about that.

When I called I was a nervous wreck but after calming me down, you went over my tax situation and told me you had a company that would be able to lift the garnishment and settle my debt in small monthly payments. They did exactly that, and I couldn't be happier. I got all this settled right before the holidays so now I can spend time with my family with the worry of the IRS ruining my Christmas by taking everything I have. Thanks again for your help.

At the end of the conversation, I decided... (More) I was apprehensive to hire a tax debt relief company, so I was nervous when I first spoke with my representative. He and I got along great, he told me the truth even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear. At the end of the conversation, I decided go through with it, so he wanted to send me some paperwork via email. He told me I would recieve it in 15 minutes, but I never got it. I called the next day and told him I didn't get it. He was so apologetic and immediatley sent the email. Though my first impression wasn't the best because of that mistake, my entire time with IRS Tax Settlement HQ was great. They did what they said they would and my representative never missed another deadline.
