Stinks!

no way to run a business!!!! we called timm's plumbing because our toilets were giving us problems and a friend gave us his name.We finally got a call thru to him,after several attempts to call him with no one answering or returning previous calls(should have been a sign to go with someone else).We set up an appt for him to be at our home at 4:00 that afternoon.We have kids in school so that was rushing us to be back home in time but we got there a few minutes before 4, they got there at 4:45(no phone call from them to say they were running late and they didn't answer when we called them). And when i say "they" got there" it was a a kid about 16 and a guy that couldnt talk in complete sentences.They dug up the lid to the septic tank and said it needed to be pumped. There was nothing they could do til then and we would need a new $6,500. septic system. They were at our house MAYBE 45min. The boy and the other guy were nice enough but when we wanted to talk to Mr.Timm's he still wouldn't answer our call so the boy(h 05/20/2010
